Because of the vitamins that this fruit contains like, vitamins B6, C, A, magnesium and potassium, they are what help fight against muscle cramps. They also help regulate blood pressure.

But burning fat is just one benefit this fruit brings, they help to reduce swelling and build white blood cells, as well as strengthen your bones and help to prevent heart diseases.

Bananas have fiber, and this helps aid your digestion. Unlike processed snacks, which will only leave you hungry for more garbage, bananas make you feel full and very energetic.

Bananas give the body everything that the body needs to go the distance, without the caffeine. The energy boost you get from one banana is of a better quality, because it's natural.
