Lipotrim weight loss programme:

Lipotrim is a total food replacement programme containing all the vitamins and minerals you need for a well balanced diet, simply it is for those that have tried dieting the normal way and failed. It can involve a complete commitment to the program and regular weekly conferences with the weight management consultant to keep you weighed in and on track. This support is crucial for the management of your weight and you won't be allowed to start Lipotrim without enrolling for this particular part of the program.

The good news is it works and it works swiftly! It's just a matter of days before you start to witness the results and feel great. I had 2 stone to loose and I managed this in just 5 weeks. I would not say it was the easiest thing I'd ever done but it made a large difference to my life and to how I felt about myself! It kick started my healthy lifestyle change and helped me maintain my goal weight after I had slimmed down. I know of folks that have successfully lost 5 stone on Lipotrim and have kept it off.

The programme for girls consists of 3 shakes/soup sachets a day and for men just 2. The shakes surprisingly fill you up and you do not feel hungry! I might be not right to say you do not desire food initially as you do! Replacing gnawing and biting for a liquid diet is absolutely different but once you have your mind focused and with help from you advisor the result can only ever be very gratifying!

Each week you line up an appointment to meet with your advisor privately and get weighed, this gives you a chance to see your weight dropping off but also enables you to talk openly with someone that understands how you feel and who can answer questions related to difficulties you may be having.

My advisor gave me information on how to change my shakes. I found adding ice to the milkshakes made them so much tastier, also adding a spoonful of coffee to the vanilla and chocolate shakes helped too! Spreading the shakes out in the day helped and occasionally I may not have had breakfast till 11am. It all depends on your day and how you can fit them in to your schedule. The shakes are straightforward to make up but are best if whisked to make sure all the powder is mixed.

When you have achieved your goal weight there is a upkeep program which helps you introduce food slowly back into your diet, this helps seriously as you keep with 2 shakes and add a tiny meal of chicken and salad, it is sort of prescribed what you can first eat but this is good because there is no danger of you misunderstanding quantities and food choices.

I would like to suggest Lipotrim to anyone needing to lose 2 or even more stone; it is safe and easy to follow but just wants some good old skool w illpower!!
