Could Kettlebells Assist Sheamus in Way of Power?

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, I felt like it was ideal to look at one successful wrestler coming from Ireland. Those of you who monitor wrestling probably know who I am talking about for those who don't, make note of Sheamus. Easily one of the more popular stars in WWE today, he has made a name for himself in the few years that he has been with the corporation, exhibiting charisma and strength alike. In the case of the other trait, I think that kettlebells can suit him well.

Easily one of the more recognizable Superstars rooted in presence alone, you won't find many who look like him. While a large amount of wrestlers today sport tans since they are the norm, Sheamus proudly sports his pale Irish surface and it compliments his fiery red hair and beard as well. While this appearance may seem different, he's also a bigger wrestler, which lends itself to quite a number of cases of power. Sheamus is, quite simply, one of the more marketable people in the wrestling scene we see today.

Even though Sheamus stands at a good six feet four inches, he is just as quick as anyone else on the roster. However, he never sacrifices this for power, seeing as how he can knock out anyone with his brawling techniques. He's an Irishman who enjoys a good fight and it shows in the way that he never backs down from people whom oppose him. With an arsenal of techniques to speak of, it's clear that the Celtic Warrior is rarely going to be considered an underdog.

Sheamus' skill is very much that of a powerhouse, meaning that if the usage of kettlebells came about, he would benefit from them greatly. Of course, anyone who understands these weights - fitness authorities along the lines of Lorna, as well - can tell you that they are useful for more than that. Sheamus isn't always going to utilize high-flying moves to bring down his opponents but he has done so rather well in the past. He's also a very versatile star, only adding the in-ring reputation of this Irishman.

Kettlebells can be rather advantageous for those who want to keep up with their athletics and not stick merely to the area of power. The problem with conventional dumbbells is that this is the only area which is aided and I don't think that it's very feasible. There should be a multitude of areas that are granted help when working out. You do not want to stick mainly to one or two parts of the body while ignoring the others; it simply won't do when you're talking about physical activity.
